How we handle your application

  1. ReceiptYour file (form, CV, cover letter) is logged and you receive an acknowledgement.
  2. Assisted pre-screeningAn automated analysis tool reads each file against the criteria published in the position (qualifications, experience, key skills, languages) and produces a structured summary and an indicative score.
  3. Human reviewThe twenty highest-ranked profiles are reviewed by the partners — and any file may be retrieved. No application is ever definitively rejected by the tool alone.
  4. Interviews and decisionInterviews with the partners, a practical case, a reasoned decision. Data of unsuccessful candidates is deleted after twelve months.
